Late Cancellation Policy Clients have the option to cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring a penalty fee. Any credits used for booking the appointment will be automatically refunded to their account.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time, a late cancellation fee of 25% (of the non-member cost) will be charged to the credit card on file.

No-Show Policy Missed appointments will result in a penalty fee of 50% (of non-member cost) of the service, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late Arrival Policy If you anticipate running late for your appointment, kindly provide us with a courtesy call as soon as possible to notify our staff. This allows us to determine if we can still accommodate your appointment. We maintain a 5-minute rule; if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment, necessitating a reschedule.
